Your package is shipped in a discreet plain brown box without any marks of
what is inside, see also our privacy notice.
All products which are shown on the website are in stock, this way we ensure
quick delivery for your orders. As soon as we receive your order and payment,
your order is shipped the same working day, and also a tracktrace number will be
delivered by email.
The time between placement of your order and the actual delivery to your door
is on average 2-4 days within the EU and can vary a little according to the
location of your country and the payment method you choose. (Payment by
creditcard is immediately and direct bank transfer has sometimes a small delay
between the transfer and when we actually receive it.)
Reliable shipping by TNT. Shipping costs start at 2,75 Euro to every EU country and can
vary according to total weight of the package and the location of your country.
During checkout you can choose your preferred shipping method, Basic or Special:
Basic: Is mostly used by our customers and is most of the time the cheapest shipping method. It is reliable but
it does not have a tracktrace number. Also the package is not registered. You do
not have to sign for it when it arrives at your door. Although we never have had
any problems with this shipping method there is not any insurance so in the
situation the package would not arrive at your door it is your own risk.
Special: The package is registered and you need to sign for it when it arrives at your door. Within the EU the package also has a tracktrace number.
We never have had the situation the package would not arrive at its destination
but when this would happen for some reason, it will return automatically to us. This shipping method provides more insurance.
Returns
We want 100% satisfied customers, and we can happily say that our customers
are very satisfied with our products. But for the rare case that a customer
would like to return his product we have a return policy:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
4. The goods must not be a part of a special offer.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
